Unfortunately, my experience at La Michoacana 5 Stars has been very unpleasant, and this is now the second time I have experienced a lack of friendliness and welcoming customer service. From the moment you walk in, instead of being greeted with a simple “Hello, how are you?” you are immediately met with a sense of urgency that can make you feel rushed or as though you arrived at an inconvenient time. It is disappointing when a simple family outing to enjoy a sweet treat turns into an uncomfortable experience. There have been multiple occasions where I have felt pressured to order quickly. For example, after ordering one item, the employee immediately asked, “What else would you like?” before I even had a chance to look over the menu and decide what I wanted next. Once the order was completed, the way cups and other items were handled also came across as unnecessarily loud and abrupt, which added to the feeling that our presence was an inconvenience. I also believe the staff could benefit from additional customer-service training, particularly when it comes to making customers feel comfortable when ordering. Horrible place I would never recommend my family to go to this location we have gotten to the original location and it’s much better and kinder there. This lady was rude and looked like she didn’t even wanna be tehre we ordered a caspacho grande and she only put one spoon of fruit and the rest orange juice no water no nothing. When we asked if she was only going to put that much fruit and she got mad and started talking rude to us as we wanted our money worth it was 10$ for this trash would 1,0000% never recomend this place. Better much the michucana Indian trail.

The Dubai chocolate strawberries were really good. The strawberries were fresh, the chocolate was sweet, and the pistachio topping made them even better.

I love it here. When I came in, a very nice lady came up and greeted me very politely. She then went through everything that was popular. I gotten the small strawberry fresh water and a medium 3 scoop sherbet or sorbet ice cream. The total was $11.69, which is a really good price. The fresh water is soooooo good, it was halfway gone by the time I was 2 minutes away from the store.

We tried the dorilocos, and they were absolutely delicious, packed with flavor and the perfect crunch. We also couldn’t resist their chocolate-covered strawberries, and they did not disappoint—fresh, rich, and perfectly coated. If you’re looking for a spot with great service and even better treats, I highly recommend stopping by. Can’t wait to go back and try more! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
